I. General Terms and Conditions of О.О.О Белиссима
Subject of the following terms and conditions is on the one hand, the agency service of О.О.О Белиссима, following referred to as the broker, as well as the general terms and conditions of the respective service providers, following referred to as the lady. We may refer to the respective recipient of the service as a customer.
This does not affect statutory provisions.
1. Contract with the intermediary
The intermediary arranges contracts between the customer and the lady with services in the context of an escort service. Further details are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in their respective individual contractual agreements. The role of the intermediary is to properly convey the services requested by the client.
The concrete performance to be performed by the lady is not part of the contract of agency. The design of the sexual and other services is exclusively determined between the lady and the customer on their own responsibility.
2. Obligations of the mediator
The offers of the mediator are not binding. The broker will seek the conclusion of a contract between the client and the lady about the desired services.
3. Pictorial and textual representation of the achievements of the ladies by the mediator
These descriptions are based on information and templates of the respective lady. The agent assumes no substantive warranty for these details and templates.
4. Payment, money of attorney
For the mediation no separate fee is charged to the customer. The respective services are settled directly between the customer and the lady. Insofar as the intermediary is exceptionally entitled to receive the fee, she has the right to receive money.
5. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, in Russia.
II. General conditions of the ladies
1. Type and extent of services of the ladies
The nature and extent of the contractual services owed by the lady to the customer are determined on their own responsibility. Incidentally, the general terms and conditions apply.
2. Booking - Conclusion
A contract between the lady and the customer comes off only with the acceptance of the customer's non-binding booking request by the lady.
3. Fee
The respective remuneration refers exclusively to the time and society of the ladies and not to any additional services. Any travel expenses will be charged separately; These are to be paid in advance. For this, the agent has money-receiving power. The same applies if a deposit is required by the lady. Incidentally, the agreed remuneration of the lady is unsolicited at the beginning of the meeting in an open envelope in cash to pass. Other payment options are excluded.
4. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, Russia.
